Mushrooms and all that Jazz      I get home Friday afternoon, my guy calls me up. Tells me he has some shit, cheaper than usual. I get them, and get home quick. I don't want to be out with this much on me. I put what I don't need away, then go over my check list. Keys, check. Wallet, check. Cellphone, check. Sketch book, drawing pens, iPod. Check, check and check. Headphones? Check.       I throw my sketch book, headphones, and pens into my bag. Throw my coat on, smokes, wallet, keys, and cellphone go into my pockets. Grab my Zippo, a nice customized one. It has a floral pattern with the name Desert Rat engrav Mushrooms and all that Jazz

I hate those who only want money. Who have no real passion for anything but money. It's odd...you're rant. I came to your page expecting to see your definition of art, but all I found was your writings(the thumbs make them sound like journal entries) and your favorites(two being digital art pieces which don't seem to be very deep.) Not trying to attack you, but based on all this, you seem pretty shallow. Why come here? At all? An art website? And you don't think digital art is art? You see how ridiculous this is? Why not go to museums and galleries to see your definition of art? And leave us who don't choose to trivialize and put down the purpose of the website to our 'not art' as well as 'art' as I'm sure you'd put it. Based on your information (you've been here a year, you've added three pieces to your favorites and have about 10 or some odd submissions), you come off as extremely arrogant. I'm not saying you are, but you also seem lonely. I don't know since I obviously don't know you, but that's really the only conclusion I can come to based on your attitude. Also I'll point out that I'm not trying to change your opinion, but just giving you some food for thought.

You do know that regardless of it being traditional or digital both are hard to do.

Because if it was every tom dick and harry would be an artists and omg amuuuzing....do you consider photographers to be artists? because they use digit means to express a picture if you don't you are very ignorant to the art world.

Then think of this I know you aren't going to change your mind but I use both digital and traditional means doesn't mean I cheat I spend two days on a picture by digital and now a days if you want a decent traditional colored pencils etc and you haven't got the money people will go to digital because it is a cheaper means...doesn't make them less of an artist because of it.

At the end of the day digital art is just an alternative for traditional works because digital art does not run out of supplys it is constantly there unlike traditional fineliners etc.

So can't alot of people...I'm a lucky enough person that I had it pre installed on my computer,if you cannot afford the digital means they now have digital boards you can doodle or draw on which are online or free but alot of artists don't even pay for there software they illegally download it which is a shame but thats how most teens work these days.
